After researching different various cartoon character, I thought it would be humorous to choose a very innocent cartoon character and make it lip sync a dark and not so innocent song. Therefore I chose Angelina Ballerina, who is a children's cartoon character and is very stereotyped, evident in her pink coloured clothing and her hobby, which represent her as being a delicate and kind character as well as stereotyping, what is seen as typical female behavior. I paired her with the song 'Negative Creep' by the grunge band Nirvana, which is quite contrasting as the the vocals are really deep, and are an example of falsetto. This is really comedic as it shows the contrast between a character who is generally happy, generous and positive, and the music which is extremely negative (evident in the title).
